Calcareous seaweed flour in the diet of Japanese quails and its effects on egg conservation

ABSTRACT The aim of this study is to evaluate the influence including levels calcareous seaweed flour in replacement for calcite limestone on diet under egg conservation at different storage periods. 140 Japanese quails were used a completely randomized experiment consisting 4x4 factorial design. design was four inclusions (0%, 10%, 20%, and 30%) periods (zero, seven, 14, 21 days) with ten replications three eggs each. quality variables evaluated. Data subjected analysis variance using Tukey test polynomial regression 5% significance level.
